Pierre Richard Apollon - Pierre has over 20 years in real estate finance, project management and construction with extensive development experience in Boston, New Jersey and Florida. Pierre is a licensed contractor in Massachusetts and Florida. He holds a BS in Civil and Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami. In addition, Pierre received his MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University in finance and real estate management.

Felicia Platt - Felicia has over 12 years of banking and financial analysis experience as well as 5 years experience in real estate project management. Felicia has a BS in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew Platt - Andrew has over 20 years experience in transaction structuring and investment banking. Andrew holds a BS in business administration (concentrations in management information systems and finance) from University at Buffalo (SUNY) and an MBA from NYU in finance and international business.
